The open air dining room is spacious, with an excellent view of the garden and lake. Sunsets are spectacular from the verandah. Rosita serves a combination of delicious local food and American dishes. The cheese cake and fresh fruit desserts are favorites. Fresh fruit shakes and the popular "jungle tea" are some of the drinks offered. Boxed lunches for Tikal can be prepared and there is a daily dinner special with a vegetarian option. Dinner is served at 7:00 pm, please be sure to make your reservations before 4 pm. We serve breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 am. The kitchen is usually closed for lunch, however if you notify us in advance we can normally prepare something for you. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
