are per person, with two
persons
per room (22% tax included). One meal is included in
the price. If only one person occupies the room, add $7.00. Extra persons
5-15 yrs. $12 per person The hotel has
a total of 15 rooms. No rooms have TV. Only rooms #3 through #13 have
A/C. All rooms have fans and hot water showers. No rooms have mosquito
nets, they are not needed because windows are screened. No rooms are
upstairs, some may have one or two steps at the entrance. The
restaurant has stairs or ramp access. For best
availability,
tell us what room(s) you prefer, and your second choice. Be
flexible
when possible. When making reservations, it helps to know your expected
arrival hour and where you’re

payment is sent. If in Guatemala you can make a deposit
to our bank account, please ask for details. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your prepaid reservations you will receive a return of 80% of your payment if you have notified us in writing 30 days before your reservation date, Or 50% of your payment if you have notified us in writing 15 days before your reservation date, Or 25% of your payment if you have notified us in writing 10 days before your reservation date. No refunds if you have not notified us in writing before reservation date. Please note that we only make arrangements for the above services and do not accept any type of responsibility other than reserving your room and services. Also we do not accept responsibility for any service or non compliance or inconvenience to you or your clients. To our knowledge most all the companies involved that perform the services do not have any type of insurance. La Casa
De Don David and its employees, tour Guides, affiliates, assignees,
cooperative
agents
etc. act only as agents for
the passenger with respect to transportation, tours and
accommodation arrangements. The transportation providers, operators,
guides and tour companies have full responsibility for individuals
engaged in the
conveying of
passengers. La Casa
De Don David cannot be held responsible for delays, accident, sickness,
loss of
personal property, strikes, armed conflicts, additional expenses due to
weather, disruption of advertised schedules, refusal of visas, or other
causes
