Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your prepaid reservations you will receive a return of 80% of your payment if you have notified us in writing 30 days before your reservation date, Or 50% of your payment if you have notified us in writing 15 days before your reservation date, Or 25% of your payment if you have notified us in writing 10 days before your reservation date. No refunds if you have not notified us in writing before reservation date. The rooms upstairs and only two or three steps up to enter most rooms. The restaurant has entrance ways with and without stairs. Children under four stay free. For best availability, tell us what rooms you prefer, and what you will accept. Be flexible when possible. Tell us your expected arrival hour and where you’re coming from. In some cases and in the low season we can hold your room without payment if in slower months. We do require that you keep us informed and let us know of any change in your plans.
